Eric Hott has worked with MJM Electric for 20+ years. He began as an apprentice and moved through the ranks, Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, General Foreman to his current position as shop superintendent. He has been involved in many aspects of the electrical trade from specific training to installation and troubleshooting.

Additionally, Eric was the first person in the country to join the NECAPAC as a NextGen PLC member. He traveled to Washington DC to meet with various Senators and Congressman on the needs of small business; specifically the needs of a collective bargaining contractor.

A few of his key strengths are:

  • Patience, compassion and respect for those he deals with on a daily basis.
  • The ability to listen to his customer’s needs or concerns before coming to a conclusion.
