Eric Hott

Eric Hott has worked with MJM Electric for 28+ years. He began as an apprentice and moved through the ranks, Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, General Foreman, Shop Superintendent to his current position as Director of Operations. He has been involved in many aspects of the electrical trade from specific training to installation and troubleshooting.

In addition to his other responsibilities Eric is heavily involved in MJM Electric’s safety culture. To go along with all of his other talents, Eric is MJM Electric’s in-house consultant for all I.T. issues.

In the last several years, Eric has become more and more active in NECA. He attends the monthly local Chapter Meetings and participates in negotiations. Additionally, Eric was the first person in the country to join the NECAPAC as a NextGen PLC member. He traveled to Washington DC to meet with various Senators and Congressman on the needs of small business; specifically the needs of a collective bargaining contractor.
