MJM Electric has partnered with Kimmins General Contracting to provide electrical support for a project located in downtown Tampa. As part of the major renovation to the downtown area SPP (Strategic Property Partners) is responsible for the plaza adjacent to the new USF medical building is being constructed. MJM Electric will be responsible for providing the electrical circuits to install 15 new pole fixtures to provide exterior lighting for the plaza area. In addition, MJM Electric will be furnishing and installing the poles and fixtures for this project. There is handrail lighting and USF signage that will be installed along the Channelside drive portion of the building and MJM Electric will be installing the power wiring for those circuits as well. MJM Electric looks forward to our role in helping to reshape the look of downtown Tampa.
