May 2, 2010 - MJM held its annual Company Safety Picnic at the Dover Patriots Football Field and Park. With great food, fun games, a DJ, and wonderful prizes, a good time was had by all who attended.

April 30, 2010 - MJM is awarded the 2009 Gold Safety Award from The Mosaic Company.

July 14, 2009 - MJM is awarded the 2008 Silver Safety Award from The Mosaic Company.

May 17, 2009 - MJM had its annual Company Safety Picnic at Lupton's Boggy Bottom Ranch. Our purpose in providing this picnic for our employees and their families is to show our appreciation for the company's .77 incident rate. We had over 140 people in attendance. There were lots of children, plenty of food and everyone had a good time.

June 20, 2008 - MJM is awarded the 2007 Silver Safety Award from The Mosaic Company.
