Delta Workstation

MJM Electric was tasked by Delta to assist in their efforts to meet the increased call center volume in their Tampa reservation centers while following Covid-19 protocol. MJM Electric was able to quickly respond to the call by setting up over 150 socially distanced temporary workstations at two separate locations. This included converting the Delta Skyclub at Tampa Airport to a call center.

MJM Electric received the call, drafted a plan, procured the necessary materials, and coordinated this work ahead of schedule. Upon easing of restrictions and re-opening of the Skyclub, MJM Electric was tasked with removing all temporary infrastructure at the Skyclub & making permanent 165 socially distanced workstations at the Reservation center in Tampa. This work was completed ahead of schedule with no impacts to Delta’s customer service capacity during the changeover.
